Mother's Day Desserts

I love Mother's Day Brunch & I LOVE desserts so here are a few that I think would be perfect for Mother's Day!

If you have not seen my blog, there are over 800 recipes on it. Some recipes are originally mine or my families, some are from friends & some are from other sources. I usually adapt someone else’s recipe to use ingredients I have at home. And I make other changes to suit our taste. I always give credit to the original source! Mother’s Day is this coming Sunday. My Mom passed away in 2011 & I miss her all the time. My Mother-In-Law is not well & that isn’t great. Life happens like that doesn’t it? We just have to deal with life as it comes. I am a Mom & a Bubbie (grandmother) & those kids & grandkids of mine give me a great amount of joy & happiness!!!

I am away & we are going to have Mother’s Day Brunch with our daughter & son-in-law. It will be very nice to be with them this year!!

Do you think that there should be special days like Mother’s Day or Father’s Day? It would be nice if we showed our parents how much we appreciate them all the time, but because of course we don’t always, it is nice to have these days where we can make them feel special.

We don’t have to be with our Mother’s this Sunday to enjoy these delicious desserts! I make them all year, not just on Mother’s Day but it is always nice to have some great recipes to have for special occasions.

This next dessert recipe I am sharing with you was on TikTok.

It is the TikTok Crinkle Cake This dessert uses phyllo dough crumbled up then baked with a custard poured over! You really should try this one!!

Here is a recipe for a Panko Crusted Halibut. You can use any fish with this Panko coating. The coating is nicely seasoned & crispy!
